Please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship out your
order. Orders with expedited shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air) will ship by
the next business day. Gift cards typically ship within 2 business days.

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days. Saturday delivery
may be available.

We ship from our central online fulfillment center in
Cincinnati, OH.

Yes, most items can ship internationally, but there are
exceptions. Duties and taxes are calculated at the time of order so you receive
the full cost at checkout and to prevent any surprises upon delivery.
Currently, we are unable to assist with international return shipping. An order
can be returned for a refund using the shipping method most convenient to you.

While packages are rarely delayed in transit, it can happen
in instances such as weather delays or carrier backlog. If you see no movement
for 3 or more business days, please reach out to fulfillment@cedarfair.com.

We might be able to update shipping address, depending on
where your order is in processing. Orders that have already been fulfilled and
shipped cannot be updated. If you would like to inquire about updating your
shipping address, please contact us at fulfillment@cedarfair.com.

would like to request cancellation on your order. Please note that not all
orders can be cancelled once placed.
